President-elect Donald Trump’s campaign had featured a close embrace of interest groups such as Big Oil and Big Crypto, as well as Elon Musk, the richest man on the planet. The kind of federal agency retreat that many of Mr. Trump’s billionaire backers are pushing for would represent a U-turn from a budding antitrust movement toward a corporate free-for-all.
