Curtis is a Policy Analyst at CAMP. Curtis is a researcher and analyst with a doctorate from the University of Toronto. His work explores the intersection of technology and democracy, investigating how digital systems can consolidate power and limit freedoms, while uncovering the ways civic tech can foster community power and democratic engagement.

CAMP is a think tank dedicated to addressing the issue of monopoly in Canada. We produce research, policy, and commentary in support of a more free, fair and democratic economy.
